1. General Terms
Speed & Tech Motoring provides automotive protection and enhancement services including Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, Window Tinting, Detailing, and Mechanical Work.
By booking our services, you agree to abide by all company policies and procedures related to service quality, scheduling, and payment.
2. Appointments and Bookings
- All services are available by appointment only.
- A deposit may be required to confirm bookings.
- Customers must arrive on time; delays of over 15 minutes may require rescheduling.
- Vehicle condition should be disclosed beforehand. Hidden damages or pre-existing defects may affect the service outcome or cost.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All pricing provided in quotes or invoices is in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
- Payments must be made in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified in the shop.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Appointments canceled within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits.
- Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if notified at least one business day before the appointment.
5. Warranty and Liability
- Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Window Tint installations are covered under manufacturer warranties (e.g., XPEL’s 10-year and lifetime warranties).
- Warranty claims apply only to defects in material or installation and must be verified by Speed & Tech Motoring.
- Normal wear, misuse, neglect, or external damage (e.g., rock chips, accidents, harsh chemicals) are not covered.
- Speed & Tech Motoring is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or unforeseen issues that arise from hidden defects.
6. Service Quality and Results
We take pride in delivering top-quality workmanship using premium materials such as XPEL PPF and Fusion Plus coatings. However, slight imperfections, dust particles, or minor bubbles during installation are industry-standard tolerances and do not constitute defects.
7. Vehicle Drop-Off and Pick-Up
- Customers must remove personal belongings before drop-off.
- Speed & Tech Motoring is not responsible for loss of items left inside the vehicle.
- Vehicles must be picked up within the agreed timeframe after service completion. Additional storage fees may apply for extended holds.
8. Use of Website and Content
- All website content, images, and materials are the intellectual property of Speed & Tech Motoring.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any content without written consent.
- Misuse of our website or impersonation of our brand is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect limited personal data such as names, contact numbers, and vehicle information solely for service delivery and communication purposes.
Your data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or warranty processing.
10. Changes to Terms
